BRG FAQ

Welcome to BRG's Frequently Asked Questions Page

Do I need to pay for the calls I make?
BRG provides the services you need to make the calls to anywhere that's required. There is no cost on your part!

Does BRG have computer equipment I can purchase?
BRG does not sell computer equipment. If you are unsure you have the correct equipment required after going through the Apply from Home process, please email support@brgathome.com or call 801-373-9923 for further assistance.

How is it that I don't get charged for long distance calls?
BRG provides those who qualify to work at home a special piece of equipment that allows you to connect your phone through your High Speed Internet and be able to make out bound calls without using a land line service. BRG is billed for calls sent from this equipment.

Will I receive incoming calls through the phone adapter?
Calls sent from the adapter (special equipment attaching your phone to your high speed internet connection) will appear to others with a caller ID that does not route back to your phone. You will not receive incoming calls.

How long does the application process take?
BRG is dedicated to getting back to you promptly. All applicants will receive notification up to 48 hours after an application has been submitted.

Will someone listen to my calls?
Our software allows us to watch and listen to every survey you conduct. As part of our quality control procedures, and to ensure to each of our clients that their work is being performed by highly motivated employees, we listen and validate all the work you will conduct from home. Every survey you conduct will be recorded automatically. If we find cheating of any kind you will be dismissed immediately and you may lose some pay if we prove that you intentionally falsified the work you did.

How will I be trained?
Once your application has been approved and you have been contacted by a member of Human Resources, you will be given instructions on how to access the training website and the time and date of your training. All this information will be sent to your home address, prior to your training.

How do I get trained to work on a job?
You will be briefed by an online supervisor prior to calling on any project. Once you are hired and receive your employment kit, in it you will find the phone number of your supervisor and the name and number of a member of Human Resources. It is very important that you receive proper training on all projects before you start calling. You will typically call in to an 800 number where you will be trained along with other stay at home agents.
