BRG Work At Home Application



You need a reliable computer, color monitor - 800x600 or higher resolution works best with our survey software, keyboard, mouse, and all peripheral cables and accessories.


At home interviewers must have a MINIMUM 4-PORT ROUTER on their home network in order to use our equipment to call with. Currently this is the only way we are allowing it to work. Most DSL/Cable users would have Ethernet on their Cable/DSL modem. In many cases this modem is then connected to a network router.

An Ethernet cable will be provided with the phone hardware we send to our interviewers; this cable should be plugged in to a free Ethernet port on your network switch, router, or hub and used to connect the phone hardware to the network in order to access the internet. If you are using wireless home network we currently do not support that at this time.


You must have a phone and headset, allowing you to use both of your hands to type and write down important information. If you have physical impediments to dial phone numbers on a keypad please call 801.373.9923 and ask to speak to human resources to discuss available options.

If you have a home phone we recommend you get an additional phone to use with the calling equipment we will be sending you.  This will allow you to continue to have a home phone line in addition to the phone line BRG Research Services will be providing you for the outbound long distance services.
