You are applying to be a stay-at-home Research Associate. You will be required to conduct market research surveys over the telephone, entering responses into a computer. Our goal is to hire a highly competent pool of research associates to work from home, allowing us to have the most educated, trained and motivated staff in the United States. Combining our state-of-the-art technology with proven methods of research, we will achieve this goal. Our clients will enjoy affordable rates while keeping their projects within our borders.

All BRG Research Associates are required to successfully complete an intensive training program, where you will be taught sound interviewing methodology, techniques to reduce bias, proper probing skills, methods to overcome refusals and use of rebuttals to improve refusal conversion.
Training is enhanced through our in-house and web
enabled, custom-designed training survey which gives
trainees the opportunity to practice their interviewing
techniques in a "real-world" setting. Upon completion of
our rigorous training program, interviewer skills are
continuously refined through feedback from monitors,
online supervisors and ongoing professional development.
The only difference is that you will enjoy the
convenience of working from home. All quality
standards and client requirements will still be met; in fact, we believe they will improve by the quality of
interviewer we seek to employ.
